Small Items to 500g to 5kg
Small items to 5kg are normally sent express post [overnight to some post codes]
You will be forwarded a consignment number to enable easy tracking once dispatched.

Medium Size Items 5kg to 55kg [cubed]
Medium size items are normally sent via courier.
Some parts to 20kg may be sent via Australia Post or Registered Post to save on courier charges.
Freight overcharges [if any] are refunded to payment method.
You will be forwarded a consignment number to enable easy tracking once dispatched.

Large Size Items 55kg + [cubed]
During Checkout Process you may see "Large Item Detected" This means we will contact you within 1-2 business days regarding costs. We do not just charge your account, once freight charge is calculated we will send you a link so you purchase freight required to complete order.
If you do not agree with freight your order can be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

For our interstate customers we may be able to ship some parts direct from our suppliers located around the country.
In the unlikely event you feel the freight charge may be incorrect, please contact us so we can rectify as required.
Sending to a work address is preferable, if not please ensure someone is home to receive goods.
On delivery inspect items for damage during transit [very unlikely]. If damaged has occurred notify please driver before accepting delivery
Pick ups must be pre-arranged to ensure parts are in stock.

International Customs and Duties
We do not send to freight fowarding companys
All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If your shipment is not received within 7-10 days from our shipping email, please let us know so we assist you in locating your items.
Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request - insurance costs are charged at cost to you.
All international purchases must use either Direct Deposit or a Verified Pay Pal Account [with shipping address] as payment method unless pre arranged.


Refunds.
Returned Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
Incorrectly ordered goods may incur a 15% restocking fee.
