Orders Place before 10am are normally delivered the next day to Brisbane-Canberra- Melbourne.

Please Note: Some delays in delivery may occur between the 23-12-2011 to 3-1-2012

All freight charges will be revised during order processing. Smaller items may be sent via Registered Post to save on courier charges. Refunds are charged back to your payment method.

Larger Items will be shipped in most cases via courier, you will be forwarded a consignment number to enable easy tracking right to your door.

For our interstate customers we may be able to ship some parts direct from our suppliers located around the country.
In the unlikely event you feel the freight charge may be incorrect, please contact us so we can rectify as required.
Sending to a work address is preferable, if not please ensure someone is home to receive goods.
On delivery inspect items for damage during transit [very unlikely]. If damaged has accurred notify please driver before accepting delivery
Pick ups must be pre-arranged to ensure parts are in stock.

For urgent deliveries please let us know as we also offer an express service if required.

International Customs and Duties
All foreign customs, import duties and any taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.If your shipment is not received within 7 days of our shipping email, please let us know immediately and we assist you in locating your items.
Shipments are not insured unless you specifically request - insurance costs are charged at cost to you.
All international purchases must use Pay Pal as payment method unless pre arranged.

Refunds.
Returned Items must be returned unused, in original packaging.
Incorrectly ordered goods may incur a 15% restocking fee.
