When fitting xforce Headers some slight mods are required, firstly the E.G.R. pipe from the factory header needs to be cut off and then and welded to the fitting on the new headers, the headers are quickly fitted with only a few bolts, the egr aligned then tacked welded into position, the headers are then removed and the fitting is tig welded
[or mig] completely then the headers is fitted reusing the original manifold gasket

we also found the sensor position on the headers was to far away for the wires to reach, instead of cutting the wires and extending them [not recommended] we added a new stainless steel sensor fitting in a similar positron to the original factory headers

the sensor hole pre fitted to the header
will need to be blocked
