With Pacemaker Headers already fitted we just change the header outlet size to 3" to suit the twin factory cats, the factory cats flow very well and by re flanging the cats to 3" they flow even better while also keeping the exhaust emissions to a minimum

The "X" System
The exhaust gases from left and right extractor mix in the x section, this evens out the exhaust gas back pressure ,giving the engine a much smoother note. A slight reduction in overall diameter in the x area, the exhaust gas speed increases through the x which helps [slightly] by creating a scavenging effect

The pipes over the rear end are twin 2 1/2" which then join back into a 3" berklee rear muffler

The complete exhaust is painted with a high temperature paint [800deg] including the tailpipe exit
