Our "X"
System
The exhaust gases from left and right extractor mix
in the x section,this evens out the exhaust gas back
pressure ,giving the engine a much smoother note.
A slight reduction in overall diameter in the x area,
the exhaust gas speed increases through the x which
helps [slightly] by creating a scavenging effect.On
a similar car ,our 3" x system ran same 1/4 mile
time with the system on or off ,on a 500hp engine
this
exhaust system gained 5 hp from running open pipes
